A Fun Quick Read to Stimulate Your Senses

This book  features 60  Mini-Mysteries which are each one to pages in length. It is a quick who dun-it with your view of the murder scene and the clues. The titles are fun as well -- Party to Murder, Fashionably Spread, and Murder to Spread. If you need a hint after reading the story, you can turn further back in the book for it - which is still separate from the final answer.

The way the stories work is by looking at the clue left behind by the murder victim. The clue always has do do with a cultural or book reference. An example in the introduction goes like this:

Let's say the murder victim is a sports enthusiast. He's shot and with his last ounce of strength he grabs a Babe Ruth baseball card. We learn that one of his associates is named George Herman. George Herman, it will turn out, is the killer. (Babe Ruth's real name was George Herman Ruth.)

You may not be able to figure them out up front, I wasn't able to do so, but you will smile when you see the answers. This is fun to read when you want a break. Of course if you're not a trivia buff, you may want to have a computer at hand to do a little research.
