Now, I don't know where "Dr." Phil received his education, but all of his advice he gives his wayward guests sounds suspicious to me. However, he is one of Oprah's minions, so his credentials do not matter since he has that "in"!
I can't even bring myself to watch his show for the trainwreck factor, he is that grating.
He has only one mantra that he repeats, however, that I find myself nodding along to: "children should NOT be born with a JOB!", he twangs to clueless parents.
