He is actually reviewing ENN.com and not Mitigation Procurement Systems which is his company. Maybe you should just report it as Spam if that's what you feel it is and leave out the superfluous comments.

I'm a frequent reader and first time member of the ENN online community.  I love this website.  It keeps me up to date on topics I already know something about, and educates me in new areas that I didn't know a thing about!  Many times I have had discussions with family and friends about topics I read on the ENN website, and it's always an educational experience.        Highest rating for this awesome site!

Enn I find to be a wonderful web site sharing very educational, and valuable resources. I admire all their hard work and dedication in our world!
