Bounce into Spring 2010 with this adorable Free People Cinch Garden Dress. This lace embroidered, farm girl inspired frock is so fun and frilly, that its almost a crime not to wear it! The tiny polka dots and flower pattern makes the dress disarming and feminine and you have the choice to dress up the dress with strappy summer sandals or dress down with cowgirl boots and tons of chunky jewelry.
