we love our CRV!

once the Beemer required more work that it was worth - we decided to go ahead and get a new car.  we wanted to lease somethign b/c we figure (HOPE) in 3 years that there will be lots more choices for hybrids.
meanwhile - we love this car.  it frives great - the GPS totally rocks (it's one of those things you never knew you needed until you have it and now you can't live w/o it - like a cellphone or ATM card).  we just moved to a new city and it's hands down the best way to get around.

love the seat warmers, love the mirror defrosters (in addition to windows), love the style, the leather seats and we can fit SO MUCH in it - we even put our XMAS tree on the inside!  perfect for families with kids and all the gear that tends to come along....

I couldn't agree more. It drives more like a car than an SUV and has great space. We have two medium sized dogs (65 & 70 lbs) and a baby and it has suited us well.

Yes, I love my CR-V too! I hate the 'Crave' marketing but love the car. 50,000 on the clock and still rocking...

Okay, I am going to review-stalk you now. Hope you don't mind. I just commented on your Pushing Daisies review and scrolled down to find this gem. I have a CR-V as well, albeit an old one (2002) and I love it. It has fantastic cabin room and cargo space and I couldn't agree more with you that it's perfect for families with kids and their gear!

I have driven/owned 3 Hondas and I'll have to say they rock, not to mention they will last you a while with good upkeep and minimal repair!

I don't know anything about cars, which is shameful considering my Dad and brother have built them from scratch, but I know what I think I need from one: good gas mileage, reliability and the ability to move lots of stuff around. I used to drive a 2-door sedan, and when I was pregnant 5 years ago, hubby bought a Honda Jazz for me as it is more convenient to put a car seat for the baby.    The car has a very nice aesthetic, as well as received good review in terms of fuels saving.  We loved the car a lot and thought we could keep it for 10 years.    We soon found out that the car has had a lot of small problems, which we could fore-go.  But when it reached 4 years, soon outside …

Honda cars are excellent. I have several family members who own their cars and the mere fact they've lasted through so much abuse earns Honda an excellent rating. My cousin, for example, has had a Civic model since 1996. Twelve years later, the car has absolutely no engine problems.
