One of the darling of budget airlines in Asia, Jetstar is Australian based and has the most user friendly site where fare-searching is concerned. There are often excellent deals to be found from Singapore to Australia as well as Australia's domestic sectors (sometime as low as just $1, excluding taxes and charges ;-)). Look out for its special (normally) on friday if you're heading to Australia anytime soon! Otherwise, there would be good deals to be had between Hong Kong, Singapore and Bangkok!

The Star of Low Cost Airlines!

Jetstar Airways is a low-cost airline headquartered in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.[2] It is a subsidiary of Qantas, created in response to the threat posed by low-cost airline Virgin Blue Airlines. It operates an extensive domestic network as well as regional and international services. Its main base is Melbourne Airport.[3] Parent company Qantas also has stakes in sister companies Jetstar Asia Airways and Valuair in Singapore(via its stake in Orange Star); and Jetstar Pacific Airlines in Vietnam.
