The diaper that almost makes me want one for myself

While I haven't had my baby yet, I have scoured the internet and local stores for all different types of cloth diapers. I realize that diapers are a big deal, and I am extremely picky when it comes to what is going to be touching my babies behind.

After feeling and playing with brand after brand of cloth diaper, I decided to go with the Kissaluvs organic cotton and hemp diaper for when my baby is a newborn. I just got my first one in the mail today!

I know many mothers who swear by these diapers and I have never heard anyone say a bad thing about them. I decided to go with these because they are so incredibly soft, they look as though they will not leak at all (and I have never heard a leaking story about these before), and they are fairly adjustable. I got the newborn size 0 and it fits from 5lb - 16lb.

If you are looking to cloth diaper, and looking for a wonderful one to start off with or try, I would definitely check out Kissaluvs!

I kind of wish I did cloth. I just thought I wouldn't have the time to wash them constantly, I am not just a SAHM but a WAHM (work at home mom), I can barely find the time to eat! I am using Seventh Generation, unfortunately they are not biodegradable or anything. Can't wait to hear what these are like on the baby and how well they work, be sure to give us an update sometime this summer!

It's never too late to switch to cloth! I know some mamas who made the switch at around 8 mos. or so. My friend who has a 4 month old daughter has been using cloth since she was born, she also works from home. There are a lot of different options. If you are worried about time then you can get ones that have removable liners, they are quicker on drying time, for those I would check out bumGenius. It's definitely a lot easier if you have a washer and dryer, you can just throw them in every other day. There are also some biodegradable liners that you can put in the diaper so you can just take it out and flush it when soiled. i have done so much research on diapers so if you want any info on anything just let me know!
