The best exfoliant for delicate facial skin

There are lots of exfoliants out there, but many I've found are too gritty or harsh to use on my face. Thank You Lancome for Exfoliance Clarte. The exfoliating nodules are larger, softer, and yet work better than any of the gritty, sandy facial exfoliants that feel like rubbing sandpaper over your skin.
Exfoliance Clarte removes dead skin and makes your skin tingle and feel very much alive.
