The Dynamics of People and Organizations Explained!

Thanks for the extensive warnings about people.
The problem these days is that people operate within
organizational norms and ways of doing things. That
was the unfortunate story of the Great Crash of '08
and the recession that followed.

There should be more emphasis on organizational
psychiatry and dynamics. Organizations need to
reduce stakes and address compensation systems
more scientifically with a view toward decentralizing
power, control and merit pay.

The book describes how writers should be honest with
themselves by documenting their strengths and
weaknesses forthrightly. Another important finding
is that there are no winning scenarios without
real acceptance, admiration, compliments and a
modicum of appreciation by strategic constituencies.

It's also critical to know the system as a condition
precedent to winning or prevailing. As such, fact
gathering is critical to providing the requisite
documentation which supports a successful outcome
that can be replicated independently.

Life Code is a helpful book for people who seek to
navigate the intricacies of bureaucratic institutions
or organizations of every kind.
