The Nano Mouse is a cousin to Logitech's regular sized VX model. In size it's about ½ inch smaller than the VX, and a bit thinner. It fit my mom-sized hand nicely, and my husband hasn't complained, but I rather imagine that it could be too small for someone with really large hands.     The other shape-and-size element I noticed is that the mouse is symmetrical which means theoretically that it has no inherent lefties or righties bias.
