An entity that is much a part of the universe as with "death" herself. Mephisto is cunning and a master strategist. He is the lord of hell, and often strikes bargains with the likes of Thanos, the Beyonder, Loki and Hela. He does have a bizarre fixation on the Silver Surfer, Johnny Blaze and the mighty Thor. He is the Marvel comics equivalent of Satan. (though it can be argued that Satan is another manifestation of Mephisto)

The limits of his powers are unknown, but seems like they operate under certain rules and is limited by them. Oh, he is also a lover of "Death"....

I feel that he is a great low-key villain who does his machinations without directly engaging in chaos....most of the time anyway. As a villain he is an 7/10 (how he is developed in comics)
