Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Healing from a Holistic Point of View

Dr. Christine Page & Keith Hagenbach have done their homework and in a cut-to-the-chase handbook teach you how to bring your being into partnership body, mind and spirit.

Many of the holistic modalities I have read about and practiced over the decades are here in a reader-friendly style that can teach people like me who are familiar with the concepts as well as those who may not know one or more of the ways Page and Hagenbach speak of:  Psychoneuroimmunology; The Inner Healer; Chakras; Color and Sound Healing.

While I find The Inner Healer term interesting, it is really a take on Gestalt Therapy where you put two chairs across from each other and have a conversation with someone who is troubling you in your relationship. Here Page and Hagelbach ask you to get someone else involved so you can speak to your illness, disease or whatever part of your body is giving you a problem.

Frankly, I just like the way Page and Hagenbach impart information. They make me feel like we are having a conversation.

Usually, this information only is imparted to other practitioners. Page and Hagenbach allow us into this inner sanctum and I am better for their information.

Highly recommend this book to heal your body and keep you cooking along for all the years you need here.
