Now that the health care reform bill has been passed...?

I wonder now since the health care reform bill has been passed, are Sarah Palin and Rush Limbaugh going to still go out of the country for gratis medical care?  Rush announced about a month or so ago, that he was going to go to Costa Rica for medical care if the bill passed. Why golly gee, even Sarah Palin said her and family jumped the border into Canada for freebie medical care. Doesn't that make her a hypocrite? Why yes sirree Bob it does! She is the poster girl for the National Tea Party and didn't she advocate the use of death panels last year. 

Rush Limbaugh and Sarah Palin are both card-carrying neo-cons and clearly against the health care reform bill so why are they advocating socialized medicine? By going to another country that has free medical care they are such hypocrites. Why don't they just stay here instead of leeching off of another country's resources especially when they aren't citizens of that said country.  It never ceases to amaze me how conservatives are the first ones to criticize the system and be dead set against social programs they are the first ones to take advantage of them.
