I'd read so many favorable reviews on OTIS that I was prepared to enjoy a nice, twisted black comedy--perhaps something along the lines of THE RESURRECTED or even (dare I hope?) SLASHERS, but sadly I was doomed to disappointment for OTIS fails to be anything other than mediocre entertainment.
