I recently made these for the first time for Thanksgiving, and I got rave reviews from all who participated in the taste-testing, so I thought I would pass it along for others to enjoy...hope you do!

Prep: 1 hour

1/2 cup peanut butter
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces chocolate almond bark

1. In a mixing bowl, stir together peanut butter and butter. Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring until combined. Shape into 1-inch balls; place on waxed paper. Let stand until dry (about 20 minutes) *I prefer to put them in the refrigerator*

2. Melt almond bark by filling one larger pot 1/2 full of water, then placing a smaller pot inside of the large one to put the almond bark into to melt. DO NOT LET THE ALMOND BARK GET TOO HOT! You want it the consistancy of a melted candy bar. Dip balls, one at a time, into melted almond bark. Place on waxed paper; let stand until chocolate is firm. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Makes about 30 balls.

I'm really not a fan of peanut butter (unless it's in a sandwich) but this recipe actually sounds pretty good! Have you ever tried substituting Nutella for peanut butter? I wonder how it'd turn out...
