About this topic

The Perfect Pushup swiveling wrist grips are the unique aspect of this home workout system. The rotating handles require more complete and difficult pushups.
The perfect pushups come with a personal workout plan to help you complete your goals. The perfect pushups are also more comfortable on your wrists.

The Perfect Pushups can be very helpful to anyone with wrist problems and aches. Unlike regular push ups, the Perfect Pushups have rotating handles which allow you to perform pushups comfortably. The handles also allow you to work out other parts of your body that you might not normally be able to work while doing traditional pushups. Therefore, the pushups are a little more challenging. There are many reasons for this increased difficulty, but the primary reason is the increased balance and movement required with the Perfect Pushup.

The Perfect Pushup grips also come with a personal workout sheet that one may calibrate to their strength level. Beginner or a pro, the Perfect Pushup workouts can provide you with a challenge.

There are two primary workouts: Pushup Power 10 Parts I and II.  Pushup Power 10 I consists of: three Super Slow Sets of Regular, Wide, and Close sets; a dive bomber set; and a power punch pushup. Pushup Power 10 II consists of: assisted one-arm pushup set, double-wide, shoulder press, mountain climber, and 8 count body-builder.
