Pizza Hut

A fast food pizza chain

The Hut has the goods, too bad they don't keep them around more often.

Ahhh, Pizza Hut.  It may not be the greatest pizza in the world, but it's tied close to me as a symbol of growing up and always seeing Pizza Hut and having it even be my first job.

Pizza Hut does corner the major Pizza francizes in one major way, it is a sit down resurant.  Dominoes, Little Ceasers, Papa Johns, none of them have sit down dining and none of them have buffet's either.  While there are a few Pizza Huts out there that don't have buffets or dining either, they are a minority.  Sit down dining also to some includes something that many swear is the best addition to pizza: beer, which is served at dining room Pizza Huts.

Pizza Hut does have some nice variety to the crusts that they have, from the infamous, bread heavy Pan style, my favorite the delicous hand tossed style the love it or hate it stuffed crust pizza and the cracker like thin crust pizza.  Others come and go and that is a real annoyance with Pizza hut.  One of my most favorite pizzas, is the Pizza Hut Scicillian which was a small square crust pizza with a sweeter sauce and had herbs and spices baked into the crust.  It was DE-LICIOUS!  Sadly I haven't seen it or had it in 6 years.  Other favorites like the Big New Yorker and it's extra large size with nice thin but not cracker thin crust, the Edge with it's multiple slices with toppings out to the literal edge and the Dippin Strips.  The P'Zone can keep coming back but they can't rotate those other varieties back in?  i loved a lot of those and it's annoying that they aren't still around.

Other then the great side items like bread and Cinnisticks and chicken wings, Pizza Hut does hold a special place in my heart and as I said above they do have a nice market share for francize fast food pizza dining.  one of these days, I'll have to venture to a Wingstreet Pizza Hut which has more of a sportsbar atmosphere and larger variety of sauces for the wings.

I've loved Pizza Hut since I was a kid. Aside from the large selection of good pizzas to chow on, their recent incorporation with Wing Street has just made the place much better. They now have some of the best buffalo wings you can get at a chain restaurant (and I've eaten A LOT of them since the late 90's). Aside from the pizza and wings, their cinnamon sticks and chocolate dunkers are fun desserts.

Delicious but OH so bad for you! If you are lucky you will find a Pizza hut that still has a salad bar; but even then if you want to be healthy you will need to fore-go the salad dressing as each one is not a healthy choice. Of all the pizza's We've eaten Pizza Hut has the most grease-including in the crust..which is probably why it tastes SO good; but if you are looking to stay trim and fit..this is something better left for a once a year treat.

Great quality pizza products and varieties but doesn't keep it's specialty items on long enough and doesn't bring them back the way they should.

Their pizza isn't even good, and they serve nothing healthy.

Gourmet pizza restaurant with a buffet and salad bar. Has some great pizza varieties that you need to experience while you can.

Okay, fine.  I admit it.  I like Pizza Hut.  You would think, with the eight billion pizza places in New York, I would find this ginormous chain restaurant to be repulsive.  But no, when a pizza craving hits, I find myself craving the stuff more than I crave your most authentic Italian-run mom-and-pop joint.  The only two reasons I can figure are a) I've been brainwashed, or b) They put addictive substances in the pizza.  Maybe crack.  Tasty, tasty crack.    No …
