If there's one thing that people can agree on, it's that Barack Obama knows how to deliver good speeches.  When we first got wind that he was going to be giving a speech on Septermber 8, 2009 (the day most kids go back to school--some were already in school a couple of weeks) there were several people flipping out.  Now, some thought, Obama is going to try and brain wash our children and push forward his liberal agenda.  Well, not really.  This would hardly be the first time …
