Not a Typical Re-Heated Comic Strip

Lio" is a comic strip unlike any other. It's a bit difficult to describe. For instance, there's no dialogue but you don't need any dialogue understand what happens in the strip or get the punchline to gag. Lio is an only child who lives with his dad (his Mom is deceased) and his menagerie of animals and monsters that he keeps as pets. Lio likes to pull pranks and cause mischief. It makes for a wonderful comic strip. REHEATED LIO is a collection of Lio strips that were first published from Sept. 1, 2008-June 21, 2009. Occasionally "Lio" parodies other strips in its panels and some of the strips that are honored in this collection include "Peanuts", "Gil Thorp", and "Marmaduke". I love LIO. It's a thoughtful and original strip that despite the monsters, aliens, and creatures, is at the core about a little boy and his relationship with his father as they try to make a place for themselves in the world. REHEATED LIO is a great book for any fan of LIO or anyone who enjoys good comic strips.
