When it comes to the different cuts of beef available, I think ribeye is the best of all. I say this because it's the perfect balance of size, flavor, and tenderness. While prime rib is the juiciest, I personally think it lacks flavor, while grilled ribeye is loaded with flavor (especially if you use seasonings like cayanne pepper), and while filet mignon is really juicy and flavorful, it's a little too small for my tastes, while ribeye is bigger. With that said, it's still a rather tender cut of meat, and when you bring together the size and flavor, you can't beat it.
