Eating in a Robatayaki restaurant is always full of drama and amusement. This type of Japanese eatery is usually small with a counter, on one side of which are an abundance of a variety of fresh vegetables, beef, chicken and seafood.
Clients sit facing all the uncooked food of which include such items as live tiger prawns on ice with legs still twitching, different types of meat on skewers, tiny crabs, potato, eggplant, fish, crab legs and so on and so forth. On the inside of the counter, there are male chefs seated in front of hot grills , ready to BBQ whatever you point at in front of you.
Traditionally, everything that the clients order are often screamed out with enthusiasm by all the waiters and the chefs, creating a jovial environment and an unforgettable dining experience for all the patrons!!
