Samsung dispalyed  the list of devices that will be updated to Android 4.1 four months ago, and the GALAXY S II is one of the 15 devices highlighted. Samsung Electronics will become the fifth-largest stakeholder of its Japanese rival Sharp.
Samsung Electronics is going to be a 3% owner of Sharp. This will be carried out through the issuing of about 35.8 million new shares  to Samsung Electronics Japan.
