They are bright, they are colorful and they are quite affordable. Comes in 2 types (leather & polyurethane) and a variety of colors, it attaches itself to the iPad through a magnetic strip on the side which makes it feel and look like a magazine. I like it for its lightweight and its ability to make the iPad stands. The colors are also pleasing to the eyes. The magnet is not so strong that you can pull at it while attached to the iPad. No problem lifting the cover with the iPad fully attached to the side. The key is that it has to be FULLY attached! Otherwise it will drop! So, best not to pull, just lift if you want to check how strong the magnet is. 












The Smart Cover is not simply to protect the cover. It also acts as a stand as well as wakes the iPad up from sleep.
