About a month ago, I posted a review on a pair of Sony headphones that were slightly better than average. I was pretty let down by what I was expecting, and I wasn't quite as satisfied as I wanted to be. So, I tried again. This time, spending a little bit more in hopes to find the perfect set of headphones. Ones that gave me a feeling of pride for my songs again. My search led me to bravely try out the Sony DR-BT50 headphones, priced at about $50 more than the first ones I bought. The difference is money spent was well worth it!
The comfort of the leather ear muffs surely get you relaxed, unlike other muffs that make your ears sweat. The frequency of music supported by this pair is far wider, and as a result, the bass is felt more in the music I listen to. This was big for me. I love to feel like I'm in a studio when I'm listening to music and these headphones surely do the trick.
These pair of Sony's come with all the standard features of blue-tooth technology, which is the main feature I was looking for in purchasing a new set. Like I said in my last review, I'm tired of getting tangled and being limited by wires, and the thought of listening to quality music on a wireless level was beyond belief to me. These headphones live up to that reality. And better yet, they come with a mic to receive calls as well!
Lastly, the biggest and most important feature about this pair is the silence heard by the people around you. Nothing is worst than your co-worker finding out you're listening to Christina Aguilera's "Genie In A Bottle" while you're reliving your junior high days at work. My last pair of headphones would blast so loud that you can hear my music from across the room without it being played up all the way. These headphones really seal off noise so you, and the past pop music lover in you, can enjoy your music. Nothing else.
One of the favorite things of the year. I'm glad I bought it.
