It's finally starting to get a little bit warmer. After the snowpocalypse in DC, I know we are all excited to bring out the skirts, flats and sandals. No matter where you are, though, Spring is the season of rebirth, and there is no better time to give your style a face-lift. Let's start with the accessories. Whether you are going to the beach over break or staying where you are, there is no reason not to accessorize heavily! For a detailed breakdown of what Vogue thinks are the hottest accessories for the season, look here. Among them, my favorites are tribal, floral and fringe. For the last one, try keeping fringe to your bag or shoes, or perhaps an ethnic-inspired vest. My favorite accessory this season is  a necklace combining the fringe trend as well as the tribal trend.
Once you've got your accessories down, make sure you've got the best beauty secrets of the season. If you check out the Sephora Spring 2010 catalog it is so full of pink that you know Spring is right around the corner. While we will not all want to endorse the pink wigs featured in the catalog, I am the first to approve of hot pink lips as a fabulous spring trend. Pair it with simple eyes to avoid a harsh look, and try swiping on some liquid liner on your top lid only with a thin layer of mascara. As for nail polish, what better way to decorate your fingers than with varnish named "Give Me a Spring Break" by O.P.I. (See pictures.) And to smell good, try the new D&G numbered fragrances. They are refreshing day fragrances you can switch up and never be bored with. Find them on Sephora.com and see picture below!
Finally, transitions into a new season always means good deals, so keep a look out for them. For example, Juicy is promoting free shipping on orders over $100. And they have the cutest swim wear and flip-flops!

With today's regulations and extra fees for luggage on airlines, it should come as a welcome change to know that Fashionistas out there get to pack sandals, sandals, and more sandals this coming Spring break.  These shoes take up little space and can be worn with bathing suits, shorts and tanks, and dresses for night time.  When traveling to Florida or Mexico for Spring Break 2010, it is more important to relax and to embrace the warm climate lifestyle, and as far as I'm concerned, …

Escaping from collegiate stress to a far-away location to relax and enjoy the sun’s warmth seems as if it would be nothing but peaceful and enjoyable for spring break….. until you start packing.  Packing will only remind you that: 1. You hate all of your spring and summer clothing from last year. 2. You don’t have the money to go buy a whole new wardrobe, because you had to spend $500 on books this semester. 3. You don't have enough room in your luggage to pack a different …

With Spring Break right around the corner this time of year means outfit preparation mania. Every CollegeFashionista wants to don the hottest ensemble while partying in the warm weather of their tropical destination. Now, there is a fine line between being fashionable on Spring Break and plain trashy, which is why I have hand picked my favorite CollegeFashionista worthy outfits for SB 2010. All you need now is the SPF and you're set to go. All looks from Asos.com       For …

Spring Break is one of the biggest highlights of most college student’s year. Most of us start the countdown as soon as school starts in January! The week before normally includes mid-terms and papers so pinning down a few Spring Break essentials is important to do now.   I know you won’t forget your bathing suit, but don’t forget a cover up. Victoria’s Secret has a few great cover-ups that could also double as a day dress for shopping or sightseeing.    …
