The Best Thing Ever Broadcast Out of the Congressional Hearings!

Democrats seemed to be embarassed by Stephen Colbert's Congressional address claiming he made a mockery of the proceedings. The problem is that most of those senators are dull political drones with no sense of humor. Had they paid attention to the messages Colbert was giving them, he was telling them that they are the ones who are ridiculous. They waste taxpayer dollars in meetings debating over stupid points and never getting anything meaningful done. Like the arguments over Immigration Reform. The humorous examples that Colbert put forth made far more sense than any of the stupid things that come out of the political debates that sometimes get airred to the public. Those normal debates are as exciting as watching water boil. Anyone who has watched those spineless Senators launch attacks against Tim Geitner, baseball players, and anyone else that they have launched their baseless attacks against could appreciate Colbert giving them a taste of their own medicine while driving home better points. Most good political messages come through humor. The most effective weapons that the Democrats have are Colbert, John Stewart and Bil Maher. What they say with humor, hits home more than anything I have ever heard from Limbaugh, Hannity, Crowley, et al.

They knew what they were getting when they invited him to testify on the plight of migrant workers and immigration (WTF...) so when he made a mockery of the proceedings, no hand wringing please from those sanctimonious dupes on Capitol Hill! Great piece.

I think this guy is a no talent nit-wit who is as big a bore as the people he testified in front of. An absolute mockery and yet another reason why Democrats will be swept away in a tsunami on Novermber 2nd.
