Great workout for mom's whose baby is 6 weeks or older! The class is an hour long and you bring yourself, the baby in a stroller, and a yoga mat. Workout includes running, squats, pushups, abs, etc. It wonderful to bring your child to the exercise class with you and to meet other moms!! Classes in Manhattan Beach are M/W/F at 9:30am at Bruces Beach. Check it out!
