Bugs Bunny, best cartoon character ever.

What makes Bugs Bunny the best?  Is it his ability to dodge--and at times outrun--bullets?  Or his ability to cross dress and be comfortable with his sexuality (enough so to kiss Elmer Fudd!) in a time when scantily clad meant exposing one's knees?

No!  His ability to psychologically annihilate opponents and convince them to commit suicide is what makes him the best!  Remember when he made Daffy Duck put a shotgun to his face and Daffy's bill flew around his head and he was still able to talk and he said something like "if you need me, I'll be in my trailer," or maybe, "you're dethpicable," and he stormed off?  Hah, good stuff. Anyway, the only other person to have achieved a feat so psychologically mighty is, my friends, Hannibal Lector.

If Hannibal Lector would have used his powers for good and not evil, he would've been Bugs Bunny.  That's why Bugs Bunny is the best.

Fun topic! So did you take a liking to only Bugs, or are you a fan of Looney Tunes overall?

He is an old man. He's nearly 71 years old! Har har?

I have always found Bugs Bunny to be quite boring. He's not as wacky or funny as the Animaniacs and at times he comes off as an old man.

I've been in a coma for a while now, and by coma I mean having to deal with reality due to being without internet access.

About this topic

Wiki

Bugs Bunny is a fictional rabbit/hare who appears in the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies series of animated films produced by Leon Schlesinger Productions, which became Warner Bros. Cartoons in 1944. He remains one of the most popular and recognizable cartoon characters in the world. In 2002, he was named by TV Guide as the greatest cartoon character of all time.[1][2] Currently, he is the corporate mascot for Warner Brothers, especially its animated productions.

According to Bugs Bunny: 50 Years and Only One Grey Hare, he was "born" in 1940 in Brooklyn, New York, the product of the imaginations of Tex Avery (who directed A Wild Hare, Bugs Bunny's debut) and Robert McKimson (who created the definitive Bugs Bunny character design), among many others. According to Mel Blanc, the character's original voice actor, Bugs Bunny has a Flatbush accent, an equal blend of the Bronx and Brooklyn dialects. His catchphrase is a casual "What's up, Doc?", usually said while chewing a carrot. His other popular phrases include "Of course you realize...this means war" and "Ain't I a stinker?"
