Keeps Stuff From Sliding; Doesn't organize anything

If you have a slick dashboard you know how easily your phone and whatever else you toss up there slips off when you accelerate, stop, and especially turn. The Thule electronics organizer solves that problem. It is basically a weighted fabric basin with a non-skid bottom. You can toss whatever you want inside and the Thule will tend to stay put on the dashboard. There isn't really any ability to organize the contents inside, so I'm not sure why they call it an organizer: It is just a basin. It is deep enough to easily accomodate an iPod or phone, but stack those 3 deep and they'll easily slip over the top edge; it's pretty shallow.

The shallow and small TTEO-1 is perfect for me; I don't want anything too bulky up on the dashboard. With the Thule I can mindlessly toss my iPod and phone into it and not have to worry about them slipping off. It's nothing fancy; it's super simple; that's sorta the point.

I recently started using my Thule electronics organizer and I like it for the most part. The only problem I have is its size. It's simply just not big enough in my opinion. It will fit one cell phone, Ipod, small gps device or other similar size object. I would like to see them double the size of it or even triple it in order to make it more practical. It would be nice if it could comfortably fit my cell phone and Ipod touch at the same time for example.     Other than the size …

When you think of an Electronics organizer many things might come into your mind. Simply by appearance the Thule Black Electronic Organizer looks pretty cool, the black looks cool and the ribbed bottom looks cool.    When you actually hold it in your hand, you realize it is basically a sandbag in a box with cloth stitched over it and a ribbed bottom. It's something my Dad could have made it he felt like it and was still alive to do it.    That might make it …

This is a nicely made organizer, but the storage space is so small that it borders on pointless. The sandbag that's used to weight it down takes up most of the room in the actual storage space. I put my little cell phone in there and it actually protrudes out of the top (yes, lying flat). There isn't any room for anything else in there with it... except perhaps a few jellybeans. Maybe a couple of nickels. Possibly an after-dinner mint. Possibly.    The non-skid bottom works just …
