Toyota: If only you'd left out the 'a', you'd have been palindromic!

It's true: I'm a big fan of palindromes. So the day I realized that the 'a' in Toyota prevented it from being a palindrome, a part of me died inside.

Still, their cars are built to last. It's as if back in Japan, the fear of any car not lasting more than 5 years is what keeps them going. I LOVE my Toyota Camry. I've put over 135,000 miles on it and I've had it for just under 9 years. Several other members in my extended family drive Toyotas and they're extremely satisfied. I even met a guy who has a Camry with over 250,000 miles on it!

Simply put, you can't go wrong in buying one. The company is environmentally friendly and socially responsible, and their cars are priced very reasonably. Toyotas are cars for those who want something that'll last them a long time, get them good mileage, and want a car that won't burn a hole in their pocket.

I love you, Toyota!

Although it is not recorded in the Bible, some believe that when Adam first met Eve he said "Madam, I'm Adam!".

Their new "we spend $1 million an hour for safety" ad = EPIC FAIL. Hey, you guys messed up and now you're bragging that you're spending $24 million a day to make up for it. Why don't you put the money where it can really do good....like the Gulf spill or Haiti or Chile or making new jobs in recession heavy cities OR community organizations for one day? Then, maybe the public might respect you again. But, your PR firm should be fired because that ad is just ridiculous.

If reliability and comfort are what you are looking for in a car, then Toyota should be high on your list of cars to check out.  I'll admit, Toyota's don't make the most stylish cars on the road, but it's not like they're ugly.  Personally, I really like the stylings of their cars but really that's not what's most important to me.  I'm less about show and status then I am about comfort and reliability so for those of you reading this understand my rating is based on those two requirements.   …
