If you haven't tried Trader Joe's chicken potstickers, you're missing out. They're so easy to make. My secret to share with you is that since it comes in a frozen bag, I usually heat it in the microwave with a damp napkin for a few minutes first. I then put a little oil into a pan and placed the potstickers in it. Flip them over a few times and you get the best potstickers in the world. Usually, if you go to a restaurant it cost about $5 for 4 small pieces of potstickers. With this bag, you pay a few dollars and get around 20+ potstickers. I've received many compliments by friends and family. It's usually a hit when you bring them to potluck parites as well!

This sounds good. I usually have a steady supply of won ton and pot stickers in my freezer...nice write up.

I thought I was the only one with ample supply of potstickers:) About 2 years ago Trader Joe's had discontinued this product. I kept bugging the manger and probably many others, and they finally decided to restock them. Thank goodness for that because the months that it was discontinued, it wasn't the same going down the freezer aisle.

ha ha! I know, I get obsessed about my regular stuff too.
Mmmmm, I love TJ's gyozas! I've only had their veggies before though, but I'll have to pick up the chicken next time. I don't even bother putting them in the frying pan; I just microwave and the already come out crispy!
