Effective (Yet Cute) Sportswear

After months of working out and sweating up a storm in regular t-shirts at the gym, a good friend of mine who also happens to be a personal trainer, gave me a couple of these Under Armour women's HeatGear t-shirts for my birthday, and my workouts have completely been turned upside down.

Gone are the days of uncomfortably sweating and jiggling under my shirt.  The compression fit has so much support, that I don't even need to wear a sports bra with it., yet, it's not so tight that I can't breath either; it's actually really comfortable.  The material is weightless and absorbant as well, and I like how UPF technology on this shirt has the capability of protecting me from the sun's harmful rays (though I still advocate always wearing sunscreen when out in the sun).

On the plus side, the compression fit, as well as the longer cut of the shirt and the v-neck collar, create a flattering silhouette, so I can still look cute at the gym!  Oh, and it's available in over 15 shades of color :)

I totally agree that wearing Under Armour feels so much better than just wearing a t-shirt and shorts. The fabric is very breathable and extremely lightweight. I used to wear Under Armour tops and pants every week during track meets in the freezing cold.
