I so need this! I was just thinking that I need to make some breads now that it's Fall....but, I've never done it before. This looks like a great place to start :)

Williams-Sonoma's cookbooks are not for the faint of heart. It can take some serious thinking and plotting to do even one recipe.      But if you're an avid baker/cook, and you're not scared of yeast, then you may just love this book!      There are about 25-35 recipes.
