I bought a Lolita Dress for my daughter for her prom at school,
i was rest assured by the customer service rep. named Maria who helped me throughout the process
She's really fantastic and she kept on sending me updates about my order I was able to get it on time and my daughter was thrilled about her dress!!!

I have purchased 2 wigs and a Bleach costume here at cosplayshopper.com. I needed these for a party so that I had placed my order 5 weeks ahead. Unfortunately, after over 1 month of waiting, I am getting nothing. I emailed them few times and I didn't get any responds. Until just now they sent me an email said 1 wig is back-ordered, and the costume is being made that they don't have it ready in stock. The one I bought from Cosplayshopper was the Final Fantasy VII Vincent Imitation Leather Cosplay Shoes. I am a longtime collector of Final Fantasy costumes and accessories and when I got the shipment from their shop, I was very happy! The shoes were satisfying and I think the pair is in good quality. I love them! <3

I ordered my costume and it came in very quickly! I was expecting at least 4 weeks but the costume came in less than 2 weeks, to my delight! I also emailed them a question and they responded very swiftly, which I greatly appreciate. On the costume itself, it is very detailed and has nice quality; the price is great too! Overall responsive costumer service + good costume quality + swift shipping. Won't be regretted!

CosplayShopper.com has great customer service, fast shipping and a wide variety of costumes.   I had a great Experience purchasing 4 anime Costumes even though I had to return 2 for an exchange to a bigger size, it turned out great.

Don't buy from cosplayshopper.com even though their prices may look cheap! there are many fake reviews on them telling that they are good, but obviously those are reviews posted by cosplayshopper themselves. the delivery took forever! that my order didn't reach me after 2 months!!! that I sent many emails to them with little responds, that keep telling me my costume was being made. I requested to cancel my order but they had refused it by saying the costume is ordered, and I didn't request cancellation …

I ordered a Bleach ichigo costume here, waited for 1.5 months without much responds from emails and it finally reached me. The costume is dirty and in bad shape, that it looks like it is made of some cheap materials. I am very disappointed with this, and I emailed them 3 times and guess what, I waited for a week before I can get a respond saying I had received my order without informing them a problem within 3 days, so no refund or exchange! this is totally ridiculous and this piece of cheap clothe …

I bought my very first cosplay costume from cosplayshopper and I became even more interested on it. I bought some more after getting first dress. My favorites are my set of my Tokyo Mew Mew costumes. All I have got is purely a collection of happiness. ^o^ I recommend this shop to every cosplayer out there!

The service was faster than I expected. I thought I the items I purchased will be in my hands after 13 days or so but the delivery was really fast I got them after 10 days! The service was awesome, they took care of me as well so I like cosplayshopper so much. More power!
