Egg beaters are a good ingredient for baking, as well as a delicious breakfast food. Easy, healthy, and protein-rich, you can sautee or microwave them, and I put whatever I would put on eggs with them. Mushrooms and tomatoes are really good. The best part is that for less than the caloric cost of two eggs, you can have a cup of this product, with way more protein! In baking, I have had good results with them in quiches as well as things like muffins. Overall, one of the most indispensable products in our kitchen!
