Pick Me Up, Mate

Traveling from the United States to Australia can be a tiring experience, one that really hit us on the second day. My husband and I both felt crabby, a little nauseous, a little pooky (I think I made that word up).

Fortunately, we had each chosen the same beverage to accompany our mid-day meal. And both of us agreed, "Jeez. I feel a helluva lot better! What is this stuff?"

They don't advertise it this way, but I will -- Bundaberg Ginger Beer is a tonic for the soul, pure and simple. And by that I mean, it's pure and simple. You can see the ginger floating around in the bottle! We have since tried many varieties of ginger beer and nothing comes close.

It's spirited (without alcohol, although it's great when mixed with Rum or Vodka). It's truly refreshing. It's so darned good we have it shipped to our home. Find it. And enjoy.

About this drink

Wiki

A signature product since 1960, Bundaberg Ginger Beer is a non-alcoholic soft drink from Australia. From the company website:

Our family-owned brewery now has a number of different beverages, but we'll always be known for one - our ginger beer. Bundaberg Ginger Beer is market leader in both Australia and New Zealand. So what makes us so popular? Maybe it's the unrivalled, naturally-brewed flavour. It could be our rich heritage or refreshing advertising. Whatever the reason, we're just happy to brew drinks that people know and love.
