One of Santa Barbara’s Newest Seafood Restaurant’s Specialty Theme Nights
Arch Rock Fish is having a weekly CLAM BAKE every Tuesday night. “This is the latest in a series of specialty evenings at Arch Rock Fish.” said Scott Leibfried, Executive Chef and Partner, “The clam bake is served casual, in a bucket, poured on your table and the menu also features steamed crab, East Coast lobster, shellfish, all steamed with seaweed, sea salt, spicy Cajun sausage, red skin potatoes and corn cobetts, lots of hot drawn butter, and fresh San Francisco Sourdough bread.” said Leibfried.
The new Tuesday evening specialty Clam Bake is served as a bucket for one, for two, or as a family style meal.
Centrally located at 608 Anacapa Street in downtown Santa Barbara, the Arch Rock Fish concept is based on serving a variety of fresh, high‐quality, and flavorful seafood dishes in a relaxed but casually elegant full service environment.
“Everyone is invited to Arch Rock Fish this Tuesday for our Clam Bake… and I suggest topping it off with our authentic Key Lime Pie,” said Liebfried, “I look forward to seeing all our new friends at our Clam Bake Tuesdays.” Leibfried is Executive chef at the restaurant, and a well-known Chef and TV personality from the Fox Television show ‘Hell’s Kitchen.’ He oversees menu creation, ingredient procurement and kitchen operations, and is partners in Arch Rock Fish with veteran restaurateur Jeremiah Higgins, and former Galaxy pro soccer player‐turned‐coach Cobi Jones.
