I have always embraced my fascination with aviation ever since I can remember. Naturally my husband shares the same interest and it looks like our daughter, who is 18 months at the moment, has inherited it as well! A couple of days ago we went to the airport with her just to watch airplanes take off and land. The Russian word for airplane, samoletik, is one of the ones she pronounces perfectly every time she sees one.       Needless to say we are excited for the opportunity …

About this event

The Boston – Portsmouth Air Show will host ground displays of many different aircraft including today’s military jets, vintage warbirds, and civilian aircraft. Many of the displays allow for hands on and walk throughs.

The Boston – New England Air Show was reformed from the former Pease Air Show, which was historically a mid-tier air show held at Pease International Tradeport and the New Hampshire ANG Base every other year.  Beginning in 2010 the Boston – New England Air Show has been designed to be a large scale event.  The event will be marketed regionally to a marketing area including up to 4.5 million people.  In addition to being a first-class aviation event, The Boston – New England Air Show supports two of New England’s finest community organizations.  The Daniel Webster Council, Boy Scouts of America serves more than 18,000 youths annually. The Brain Injury Association of New Hampshire is a private, non-profit, family and consumer run organization representing over 5,000 New Hampshire residents with acquired brain disorders and stroke.
