I think this is a very healthy grain, very nutrious and fills you up. There are even diets that if you eat nothing but buckwheat for a week you will loose 10 lbs. because they say it has many vitamins in it. Russians eat alot of it, and i think its pretty good tasting you can eat it sweet or salty thats what i like about it.
