Wow, we are now moving on to #16 of the Buffalo Wing Recipe Series, and of course my favorite number (my birthday – quite voice). This issue seems to be a pleaser in many way’s, first it’s with lasagna and most everyone loves some lasagna, second it has buffalo sauce in it, enough said about that.
If you think about it, a great way to kick up lasagna is with some buffalo sauce, most people already put Tabasco on it, so why not drench it in the wonderful wing sauce we all love. The end result is a blast of flavorful lasagna with a spicy kick, you can’t go wrong with this recipe anytime or anywhere.
12 lasagna noodles, uncooked vegetable oil cooking spray 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced 4 cups low sodium spaghetti sauce 1 1/2 cups water 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce, up to 3 2 tablespoons vinegar 1 teaspoon garlic salt 15 ounces part-skim ricotta cheese 1/2 cup egg substitute 1 cup blue cheese or mozzarella cheese, crumbledAlthough it’s not a super fast recipe to make, but the time put in is going to be well worth it. This is definitely some Buffalized lasagna!
