This is on par with Egg Beaters. Easy, healthy, protein-rich food. You can sautee or microwave them, and I put whatever I would put on eggs with them. Mushrooms and tomatoes are really good. The best part is that for less than the caloric cost of two eggs, you can have a cup of this product, with way more protein! One thing that I would say is that they don't have the moisture of the yolk, so there is a textural difference between these and normal scrambled eggs, and they are quite bland, but both can be fixed with some good hot sauce, ketchup, or other seasonings.
There is one thing that my diet can't live without and that's egg whites. They are so good for you and they don't taste half bad either. Actually, they are delicious.
