There is one thing that my diet can't live without and that's egg whites. They are so good for you and they don't taste half bad either. Actually, they are delicious.

I prefer All Whites over all of the otehr kinds that i have tried because they are 100% egg whites. Egg beaters and other egg substitutes are great too but I really like the real deal (in a carton, cracking eggs is for suckers) when given the choice.
