My favorite part about egg nog (besides egg nog milkshakes) is the fact that it is so thick with creamy, eggy goodness that it coats everything it touches in sticky, fragrant sweetness. I loved it when I was a kid and when someone told me that it could be served with ALCOHOL you can bet I was at the front of the line with a bottle of E&J.
The worst thing about egg nog is that it is so rich I can usually only stand to drink one cup before I feel like puking it up all over the Christmas tree skirt.
Until last night I was one of the only persons on the planet who hadn't tasted egg nog. I know, crazy isn't it! I was kind of turned off by the whole idea.
