Great for breaking up the "chicken again?" blues.

Absolutely love this sauce! My kids don't like anything hot, and even they were dipping chicken fingers into this tasty Mango Ginger Habanero sauce!

Works great with anything dippable. We never got around to using it for marinating anything (need another bottle!) It was excellent with chicken, and it certainly broke up the "oh, chicken again?" you hear midweek when you're running out of creative ideas for dinner.

Highly recommend, esp. for the person who doesn't like their sauces too hot.

I never use this brand before along with any type of marinade sauce, but the ingredients impressed me like the mango, sugar, honey, ginger, habanero, spices.     The only downside to this is that it could have gone easier on the sweetness, particularly given that the main ingredient is a fruit. Mango already has lots of sugar, and the ingredients section lists sugar as the second ingredient, with honey added as well. Personally I think that's a little bit over the top. On the …

Let me open by explaining something: I believe that good cooking requires some subtlety. A little restraint perhaps. But there's a school of cooking that seems to think that all you really need to make good food is to either a) deep fry it or b) pour a hell of a lot of sauce all over it. The actual food you're cooking seems to be fairly unimportant, taking a back seat to the fry-a-lator or the sauce-o-squirter. I have mainly used this product to marinade chicken breasts; we have used it for grilling three times so far this spring/summer. The flavor is fantastic. My husband is the grilling king, but even he gives some credit to the sauce, the chicken breasts have been so tender and juicy.    The sauce is sweet with a little heat. I really enjoyed the versatility of the Fischer and Wieser Raspberry Chipotle sauce and was anxious to try a few of the other sauces in this line. I didn't do quite as much experimenting with the Mango Ginger Habenero Sauce, but tried it in several different ways. First, I used it for broiling pork chops. It really hasn't warmed up enough yet to grill, so that bottle has been sitting on our counter patiently waiting.    We like the ingredient list - healthy and natural.    I could not find an expiration date on the bottle - that bothers me a little.     We'll edit this review when it warms up a bit :-)

To be sure, I am a self admitted food snob. I've used this sauce with rice and with scrambled eggs. In both cases the taste is excellent but extremely sweet. Certainly this is an enjoyable product, but all that sugar can't be real healthy. I was expecting some spice from the habanero (which I normally love) but the sweet sugar overwhelms the habanero.
