My Immaculate batch
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE to make my own cookies from scratch and I do make them for my hubby. He is a cookie monster! He can't go for more than a week without cookies (a whole two dozen of them). With a baby though, things are not always so simple. Some days I intend to make this, bake that, do laundry, clean the house, but it just doesn't happen as planned. Enter Immaculate Baking Company, with dough that most closely matches my own homemade cookies. Even better, theirs is made with organic ingredients …

Immaculate Baking Company ready-to-bake cookie dough comes in 6 different flavors: Chocolate Chunk, Vanilla Sugar, Triple Chocolate Chunk, Peanut Butter, Oatmeal Raisin, Cranberry Oatmeal White Chocolate. Each package contains dough for 24 cookies and weighs 14 oz.
Ingredients:

Organic unbleached wheat flour, organic light brown sugar, organic palm fruit oil, semi-sweet chocolate (sugar, chocolate liquor, dextrose, cocoa butter, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), vanilla), organic naturally evaporated cane sugar, whole eggs, salt, pure vanilla, baking soda (sodium bicarbonate).

Contains wheat, soy and eggs. Produced in a facility that also manufactures products containing peanuts, tree nuts and milk.
