Jay Robb Vanilla Whey is My Favorite Protein Powder

I am an unlikely candidate to be reviewing a protein powder. I am not a serious weightlifter or fitness addict and I am not into supplements. I don't  even take a multi-vitamin. I do exercise regularly and I try to eat right. I tend to exercise in the morning on an empty stomach and so I try to get some protein for breakfast afterward. Usually, this means an oatcake and a protein shake.

I tried the Jay Robb brand of whey protein powder a few years ago and I have been buying it ever since. It is the best tasting powder I have ever sampled. Many powders get kind of clumpy and take forever to dissolve. This stuff mixes and dissolves quickly with minimal shaking. I put a scoop in with some milk, soy milk and water and shake. It really is quite tasty.

Jay Robb makes his protein powder from cows that have not been treated with hormones (like organic milk). I tend to buy organic products, so I feel good about buying from him. If you are in the market for some extra protein...I highly recommend Jay Robb.
