These little health bars were alright, I even bought them twice. Then they quickly got old, not to mention expensive. The bars are tiny, but they are dense - hence pretty filling for their size. I just needed some healthy snack for mid morning and late afternoon at work, they worked great until I realized they were too expensive. I later replaced them with raw nuts. They have six flavors, I had the mango coconut, it is quite particular and I don't think everyone would like it. The unadulterated ingredient list is pretty good, quite pronounceable actually.

SoyJoy bars are simply not that good. Not that good, that is, if you want something that has a little flavor and doesn't taste like cardboard. I am sure SoyJoy is a pretty healthy snack but it doesn't do much for the taste buds. The peanut chocolate chip flavor is one of the best and most edible of the SoyJoy bars I have tried.
