All the Fun of Artichoke Dip without the Sports Bar

I first bought this dip to make a calzone recipe from Cooking with All Things Trader Joe's.

Unfortunately, it wasn't the right artichoke dip for the recipe. Oops.

Still, cook this up, mix it with spinach and ricotta, wrap it in Trader Joe's pizza dough and you've got yourself a delightful calzone.

While the calzones were baking, I admit that I polished off the remainder of the dip that I didn't need in the recipe. YUM!

Trader Joe's Creamy Spinach & Artichoke Dip
Oh man, these things are AWESOME!  It's products like these that keep a devoted Trader Ho.  I was introduced to them at a party that I went to a while back.  Spinach, artichoke, and chips & dip are right up my alley, so naturally, I became addicted.        I picked one of these babies up in Trader Joe's freezer aisle and when I opened up the box, I was surprised to see that it was shrink wrapped and cylindrical shaped in the exact way that Plats du Chefs …
