I had heard about this bread for a while, but was lazy about ordering it online to try it for myself. Turns out I didn't need to wait for the mailman because the bread showed up in Whole Foods and many other natural foods stores faster than I have seen any other gluten-free product enter the market. There is no doubt why -- it tastes like "normal" bread!
I have now tried both the Whole Grain Bread and the White Sandwich Bread. I much prefer the Whole Grain Bread but there are probably many people that would like the White Sandwich Bread just as much. The bread is made to be eaten not frozen or refrigerated, which is how I ate it, but it depends on where you live and how it is shipped and stored. You may find it in the bread section of your natrual foods store, but most likely will find it in the frozen section. Of course, like all gluten-free breads, toasting it makes it taste even better.
