Never did I think I would be so taken by a mayonnaise, a vegan one at that. Being a non-vegan, I had grown accustomed to using Kraft's special blend of fat, eggs, oil and a little more fat. Thanks to Kathy Freston's Quantum Wellness, I found Vegenaise and haven't been the same since. Not sure how they do it, but Vegenaise tastes like the best tasting mayo ever without all the bad stuff.
